The breakfast was super for what was on offer with an enjoyable option. The location of the hotel was great and perfect - within easy walking distance of Pause & Play. Shops and a big supermarket were right next door.

The breakfast had variety of options, eggs and bangers. Booked the hotel for its particularly good and excellent location close to the Ferry the next day, Industrial feeling of the area, and airport. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

The hotel is perfect and clean with polite staff. Gorgeous food options are available for continental breakfast. The queen room is silent and has an electronic key card, multi-channel television, and a study table. Marvellous location close to the port for for an early ferry, you can walk everywhere.

Appealing hotel, reasonably priced restaurant and absolutely kind staff. Double room with an equally large, twin beds and separate shower. Substantial and super breakfast to star a day with an enjoyable option.

The room was bright and spotless, complete with modern bathroom, fridge, for instance. The breakfasts were always substantial with an enjoyable option.

The hotel had a nice location, near a tube station. Shopping centres and a supermarket were right next door.

Clean hotel, services were excellent and location was ideal and exceptionally nice to Baracaldo or exhibition center. The staff was especially helpful and always on disposal. The continental breakfast was satisfactory, I liked that it offered plenty of meals. I didn't want to say goodbye, spent enjoyable time and do recommend.

Beds were very narrow.

The location is marvellous and they have parking on-site. And it's not too far away from downtown.

This hotel met expectations in every way, cant recommend highly enough. It was clean and the staff where amazingly kind, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was good there, to the Guggenheim museum.

It is bright hip new venue, it offers lovely pool and the location is convenient to ferry terminal.

Everything there were good, including very good facilities. We stayed in a double room with a minibar, a sofa bed, and central heating. The continental breakfast option was brilliant. The location couldn't be more marvellous in shopping area.
